In the event that you are not satisfied with our work, here are the following steps to take.


If you would request a partial or total refund, you must make an appointment within 30 calendar days of your payment for our work.

The car must be in the same condition (minus normal 30 day wear and tear) that you received it and undamaged in any way after we serviced it.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.


Should any item purchased to make the above repairs fail before the warranty time period expires, we will again
have our team of professionals inspect it and/or return item to the manufacturer for a replacement/ or refund and process your refund.


For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the part/repair is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
